TakingITGlobal is an international organization - led by youth and empowered by technology. TakingITGlobal connects youth around the world to find inspiration, information and get involved in improving their local and global communities.
In 2005/2006, the Foundation co-funded their second phase of TIGed Xpress - HIV/AIDS project to complete an advocacy toolkit, freely available to all Canadian youth. The toolkit, entitled: "TAKINGITGLOBAL HIV/AIDS Youth Guide to Action" is meant to provide youth with tools and resources they need to better influence HIV/AIDS-related policy worldwide. This guide was launched during the International AIDS Conference in Toronto in August, 2006.
