
A landmark opinion poll spearheaded by War Child Canada to gauge Canadian youth attitudes on global issues and Canada's role in the world was released publicly on May 10, 2006. Conducted by Environics Research Group, The War Child Canada Youth Opinion Poll is the first comprehensive, national public opinion survey of young Canadian's attitudes towards human rights and international issues. In total, 750 youth from all parts of the country between the ages of 15-24 were surveyed using random digit dialing, yielding a strongly reliable result and a margin of error of only 3.6 percent.
